Streets
Major developments are occurring at the moment, with the demolition of many sites along the Lewes Road. These are intended to be built upon creating housing for the University students.
Also very topical is the massive project of the regeneration of the Valley Gardens which will take several years to complete.

North side, Preston Street end at approx number 19A. Such a shame to see this cobbled fronted building left rotting in this state.
