It has been terrible to watch the demolition of some of these fine buildings, when I feel conversion could have been a better option, with some of our history preserved.

We’ve seen many pubs in Brighton being demolished or converted into housing over the recent years too.

Built in 1933. Closed as a cinema in the late 1970s, it became a Bingo Hall. This closed in 1997.
