Demolition & Redevelopment:

Houses

We have seen the restoration of some derelict houses in recent years, which is always good to see. The largest project of this kind has been the major restoration and conversion at Stanmer Park of the old stables into housing.

Other historic buildings such as Rosaz House at Bristol Gate have gone forever, to be replaced with modern designs.
