The last surviving villa in the area - possibly earmarked for demolition.

Built in 1850 and was once home to the man who built the first locomotives in Brighton. In 1926 it became St Gabriel's Home for Girls.

 

UPDATE 2018 - Wellesley House is undergoing renovation and will NOT be demolished.
